ISIKHATHI esikuso sinzima ngokwedlulele njengoba wonke umuntu eNingizimu Afrika kumele ahloniphe imigomo yokuvalwa kwezwe (lockdown) okwamenyezelwa nguMengameli Cyril Ramaphosa ngenyanga edlule.
