
ISAZI sezokudla sithi kasikho nesincane isidingo sokuba abantu bazikhathaze ngokukhuculula umzimba okwaziwa nge-detoxing ngoba uyakwazi ukuzikhuculula wona.

UNompumelelo usinika izindlela ezihamba phambili zokunakekela isibindi. Ezinye zazo yilezi:
- Ukugwema uphuzo oludakayo/utshwala. Buyingozi emzimbeni, kumele ubugweme noma uphuze kancane. Uma usuphuze utshwala isibindi kumele kube yiso esibukhucululayo emzimbeni. - Ukudla isobho leklabishi lodwa (abbage soup diet)
- Ukudla amaqanda wodwa (egg diet)
- Fasting (ukugwema ukudla, udle ngezikhathi ezithile)
Konke lokhu asikho isidingo sakho ngoba umzimba uyakwazi ukukhipha lokho okungadingeki emzimbeni ngokwemvelo.
