Omasipala abakhelwanga ubu-hle bamabhuku, kodwa bakhelwe ukuyisa intuthuko kubantu. Ubuhle bamabhuku kwenzelwe ubuqotho ekuphatheni imali yemiphakathi, hhayi ukuvimba intuthuko. Kwesinye isikhathi imali ize iphindise-lwe emuva ngoba kusatshwa imithetho. Makulungiswe okonakele kohulumeni basemakhaya, yibona abawumgogodla wentuthuko.
